Looking 4 FAQ/DB/Online Help Script

I am looking to add in a central answers DB for all sites join pages. Something like a script that is a FAQ or centralized answers data base, as well as offer an online help option. So when I am online, or available by IM that members can contact me/assistant directly.

It does not have to be anything super fancy by any means. However, something simply enough to log and detail simply Q&A that repeatedly has come up over the years.

Does anyone know of a GOOD one, or have experience with them?

I was hoping someone, possibly a web host, had something like what I am looking for and would chime in. There are really the only one's I can recall using something similar. Or at least that come to mind in the adult industry.

I think they actually refer to it as a "knowledge base" instead of FAQ now that I think of it.

Yea a web solution seems very easy point click and done type of deal, but the monthly fee thing kinda blows, but w/e small price to pay to possibly keep a member happy by providing them some good support. I can't for the life of me remember the urls to these sites, a lil google searching would find a handful of them im sure.

Yeah, I hear ya. I prefer to own the license typically. Even if it costs more.

I just need a blank script to start putting some of the same ole shit I seem to answer weekly/monthly. Even if they e-mail me, I can just point them to the knowledge base instead of typing out the same shit over and over.

The live help would be a nice addition as well I think. Not that 24/7 is always needed. But when I am on, and they can see that, may give them a little added 'trust' on the sign up.

Most of my members, and customer base, are solid and returning. I get some new, but through my newsletters, and such. I basically keep same solid buying customers as I hope from site to site. It is an invaluable tool.

I think this script across all sites will also help out some of my international customers who are having some issues with their credit cards. Asking to mail payments, and send other ways since they can't get their cards to go through, or are from 2nd or 3rd world countries and show up on CCB/Verotel/Zombaio's blacklists.
