Site feedback please

It looks like a tube but it's a blog using embedded sponsor FLVs. The site is a couple months old and is getting between 600-800 uniques a day and I want to step it up to the next level. I'd love some criticism and I know that this is just the place to ask.

I understand but why really? Are people there to read the descriptions? They just want to look at the videos right? The descriptions are for SEO. I will consider it though for sure.

I've heard that before. I have no idea why, I got rid of the popup console and am just using sponsor banners.

It also helps with SEO. It would even be better if there's custom text as opposed to morphed feed text.
