    Question About Membership Approval Process

    All day today I had a guy try to join PeckerPass.com... at LEAST 14 times!

    CCBill denied him every time.

    Then, at attempt number 15+ he actually gets approved!

    Any thoughts on this?

          Maybe he couldn't read his writing when he copied the CC numbers from a customer at his work.

                          could be a long number of reasons why this happened
                          timeout/his connection/bad info typed/etc etc

                          if you think it is fraud just contact ccbill their fraud dept will check it out

                              I tried to join a site through CCBill last night like I always do before I promote them and I kept getting denied each time... tried a different card and got the same thing, I just gave up and I know there is more then enough funds on either card to cover a membership... how many times is this happening to surfers that are 100% legit!!! CCBill, banks, whoever but this is bullshit!
