    OpenX isn't that complicated. Just play with it for a bit and you'll pick it up quickly.

                Should Smart Post from smart-scripts.com very user friendly and has much options plus can hold nice amounts of traffic used it one site with 60k se, no trouble with Google either! Cheap and could be used on multiply domains.
