I have dilemma, help me please. Is displaying for example sponsors fhgs in frames on my own website ok? Is it alright with sponsors and not bad for seo?

Is it allright with sponsors? That depends on the sponsor. Some might allow it, some might not allow it. I suggest to check with your sponsor's support and see whether they allow frames or not. You can also ask them if it's good for SEO or not.

Not every sponsor allows to open its FHG's in frame (they use if (top != self) top.location.href = location.href;). I would suggest you to use <?php include(...); ?> instead.

Well, first of all, the sponsor must allow hotlinking. And then you might also have a problem with linking to the pictures. If html is included into your own domain, it also read the html as the pictures are hosted on your domain (if not full URL is in the html).
