Virtual assistant?

I'm assuming that's what it's called. Here's what I need:

- A service that would be familiar with my buisness and would be able to take calls at an 800 number 24/7 and have representatives assist my callers.

- I don't want them to have too heavy of an accident so no India. Maybe Philippines?

What are the rates for something like that?

I don't have experience with a virtual PA but definitely PH as the locale for outsourced voice work. PH is rife with Americans and they speak that style of English and Americans just can't stand Indian accents in general.
