Attention to all experienced programmers. We are currently seeking programmers who can follow instructions, are experienced, self-motivated, can complete tasks in a timely manner, are fluent in English and are looking for a stream of steady work.

We do not require exclusivity. If you work for someone else [and it does not violate your existing contract] or are an independent, we are interested in hearing from you.

Candidates should meet or exceed the following requirements:

5+ years of working with PHP
3+ years of working with MySQL

Additional skills that would be helpful are:

Experience working with OOP
Experience working with MVC Frameworks
CSS/Javascript/AJAX knowledge
Some basic photoshop (or similar) skills
Knowledge of other languages such as C+, C#, ASP, Java, Coldfusion, etc

All candidates must have Skype installed on their work stations as this will be our instant messenger of choice. It is free, so if interested in working with us, install it. You don't have to tell anyone else what it is.

As stated above, the ability to follow instructions is extremely important, so the following should be read twice if you have any questions.

2. Tell how many years of PHP and MySQL programming experience you have.

3. Itemize which of the "additional skills" listed above you hold.

4. Provide some examples of code you have written.

Not sure why you would jump to conclusions, but if you are outsourcing him, you are right, not interested.

- Work considerations: Solo, as a team, remoting with other programmers, etc

I think they'd be all questions serious coders would be wanting to know.

RE: EscortBiz. The nature of coding is that (product dependant) - you'll see nothing for about 80% of the time, and then it will all come together. Visual elements etc are always the last to go in.

Funny thing is, Baddog has that type of attitude and he will turn down probably one of the best guys he will get, all because he can't provide the information needed, and just wants everyone to snap to his attention and do what he wants them to do.

borked and konrad I highly recommend.

I work with them both on my various project and cms scripts. While not the cheapest, they are easily the best I have worked with BY FAR in 12 years online. I mean that with the ultimate compliments to them.
