question for people using free cms software

i use joomla on a couple sites, but having hard time figuring out how to display XML data into my site

anyone have a suggestion on how to do that, or can suggest a cms platform you use that allows you to parse xml data and display it?

    thanks

I don't know specifically if Wordpress can parse & display xml but I wouldn't be at all surprised if it could. WP can do almost anything, is free and has a worldwide network of developers constantly improving it.

The original poster was asking for other free CMS alternatives to Joomla, and I recommended one. What's your problem?

Prez might be able to answer that for you. He has been playing with Joomla.

You can find his contact info in sig.

If you're looking for the same out-of-box functionality then jump to Drupal....larger dedicated community. Probably get your XML questions answered in one 24 hour period on the Drupal Community forum.

Same can be said about Wordpress..but you're going to need a laundry list of plugins to get CMS functionality.
