Tech people HELP! LCD TV just started changing solid colours..

Screen disappeared and the TV started changing solid colours, it displays GREEN, BLUE, YELLOW, RED, and cycles through these colours

what is the problem, plz help!

sometimes TVs and monitors will do that (depending on the brand [and video source]) when no signal is detected... Try reconnecting the cables in the back or changing input sources and changing the cables out as well... see if that helps :P

Just checked, it's definitely not an input problem.

Do you have a cable box? If so, unplug it for a minute with the tv off, plug it back in so it reboots and reloads. Then power up.

Just did that, still nothing.
The TV doesn't even bring up the MENU when I press menu on the TV or the Remote.
It's like non responsive, and just cycles through the different colours...

Sorry that didnt work. Similar thing happened on my plasma, it was not detecting the signal at the hdmi 2 input.. which is the cable box, so I rebooted the box and then it was ok. Maybe try some different inputs. good luck.
