    Paypal question...

    I have a feeling I'm dealing with a shady person on a project so here's my question.

    Someone sends me funds via paypal. I don't have a bank account or a credit card merged with the account I just have the paypal debit card. I go to the atm and take out the money and they do a chargeback against my account. What happens? Do they terminate my paypal account because I don't have the funds for the chargeback?

      unless you push decent volume through them I'm guessing your account will probably get shut down...

              they do an investigation your money will get sent back to the sender read the file its in faq

                  He said they money was already TAKEN OUT by the PayPal debit card...

                  So explain how the money can get sent back to the sender when there is no money in the account?
