How much do these people usually charge? I heard it's decent money. I want to do this sort of shit for people. Im pretty good at it.

SEO's charge a few different ways.

$200/hr for phone consultation.

$2500-$10,000 to optmize the site once.

$200/mth to maintain listings.

$7500/year for everything.

Those are examples.

In regards to pricing models, your open to charge whatever you like or better said, whatever your worth. I personally prefer to work closely with a very few select affiliate programs and create a customized solution which integrates their brand into their existing PPS/Revshare model. It puts more risk onto my end but if your good at SEO work, it will pay off quite well. After all, there's no point in having massive traffic if you can't convert it, there's a big difference between achieving large-volume SE traffic and using niche and geo-targetting (and other techniques) to make those surfers into buyers.

I actually dont do it... but was looking for someone who did. I wanted a decent answer on pricing with out getting spammed.
