I need a internet billing solution

What is a solution for a site (not porn, more like software as a service but only thin web stuff) that requires an account to access it? Is there a company that will accept credit card payments for me and instantly create a new account for that person in my database so they can then access my site?

If so, what kind of programming is required on my end? What kind of % will they charge me. Please tell me it is much less than the crazy ass 14% you guys pay, lol.
