Maybe you should worry about keeping your current customers sites up instead of insulting others for using a far superior server for hosting their emails?

The ticket and calls going unanswered wasn't my concern, it was mostly the fact his sites have been down for days.

A good host... would have been ontop of that before the customer even knew what happened. But I guess you were to busy spouting off about how Gmail users are idiots and nobody would use it for a corporate account.

Just to update, looks like there was an issue with their new ticketing system email getting stuck in my spamarrest account causing my old info not to work. Still not too sure what happened with the phone number getting bounced to a 'wrong number buddy' answer...lol.

In any event, hosting is back up, and I've got new contact info and a free month of hosting for my troubles.
