Pennywize - how does it work?

So I picked up pennywize - and I'm noticing a few usernames that have multiple IPs accessing them, but the software isn't deactivating their passwords - I've already adjusted the threshold down to 5, can anyone offer me some advice on how to make it work?

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

yeah, it's all set up on our server .. and it's tracking and everything (according to my programmer - who was against the install in the first place)

A few different IPs is normial, with things like AOL proxies and such. You don't want valid accounts deactivated.

right now i've got two that are at over 100 ip's, but it ain't doin shit ... btw, is there a time frame to how many ip's access the site? like, if I set it to "5" - does that mean 5 ip's within an hour or some other set portion of time?
