Dont see any 1000 gig plans on your site. And then i see this; "* All prices reflect term commitment". Whats up with that? And care to elaborate on what "High End shared Server" means? And there is no pricing anywhere to be found for ded bandwith over 50 gigs.
Not trying to bust your balls or anything, and i know some of these type of details can obviously be flexible. But still, just wondering why so many hosting companies, including the best ones like yourselves, feel no need to publish crucial details about their packages. I have yet to ever see a hosts website that i wouldnt need to email or icq numerous questions just to tell if i was even remotely interested.

Down all the fucking time! I called [tech's name] on Tuesday and he said he solved the problem but now it is Thursday and I still can't reach my sites! I sent them payment and they lost it plus they put my sites on a Windows 3.1 machine and I can't ping the box and the DNS is always down and I've had two disk crashes with them and my sites are slow and I hear they abuse animals, too!

I want my $19.95/month back!
