they will have a gps option that will tweet your location. it also will allow you to follow anyone within a set radius of you even if you never followed them before. you may expect to see geo targeted advertising tweets hitting users soon thanks to this. no privacy issues of course because users can choose to turn it on or off.
whole slew of possibilities is opening up.

Ubertwitter posts the gps location if you send a pic now. You can of course turn that off though ;)

opps correction, you can read people within a set radius even if you do not follow them and it will live tweet your location. i used the follow word wrong.
