Well today is the 20th of August so i would guess.... NEVER!
its one of those features you really wont give a shit about once you have it. personally, i hope they have the feature to turn it on or off because all I get is annoying shits that send me pictures of 500lb fat chicks on top of a skinny dude, or a picture of a turd that someone left in the rest stop bathroom.
honestly, i think its a blessing i dont have MMS
