Problems with Yappo.com

Has anyone else had any problems with getting their affiliate checks and stats with Yappo.com before. No payouts, won't answer contact page or emails.

Anybody else having problems with them or heard anything..

Just to clarify, Yappo has been sold and is no longer part of the TopBucks family. We have NO access to ANY admins, we can't tell you about your checks, stats, or anything. Sorry we have no information for our old WMs, however you can contact support and they should be able to help you out.

VOD companies have a lot more overhead than one really knows. We tried it and it just ended up not being for us. In the end, we preferred to sell allowing us to invest that capital into other projects that were showing to be more fruitful.

And boy am I glad we did, mobile is waaaaaaay better than VOD.

We have around 1 to 2 M per day in mobile traffic from good countries.

I agree with this. I am sad to see it go out of Top bucks since I was one of the people who worked on it but the Tube sites have all most killed the VOD biz.

Why would a user pay 10 cents a min when they can watch the same video for free on a Tube site.

AEBN got out early and established itself as THE VOD. It's very hard to compete with the titan that is AEBN. With the Real Touch coming out soon, hopefully there will be more money to make for everyone.

many, many years ago I had dinner with the owners of Top Bucks and Platinum Bucks. I did a great job selling the VOD idea to them, but a terrible job convincing them to use HotMovies as the back end. Neither believed me when I spoke of the amount of equipment and man hours to run a decent VOD site.

We only had special circumstance with 2 webmasters who had not had their w9 submitted to us, I assume you're one of them. These payouts were already processed and paid last week. Your money should already be in your account as of then.
