Tomtom released their iPhone app tonight at $99. Seems a little high for a GPS app. They have to lease their maps from a 3rd party provider I think but still seems a little high. $10/mo for AT&T Navigator service though. Interesting stuff. Watch before you tap the purchase button though.

TomTom and the other apps have turn by turn directions, google maps was provided to apple on the agreement it would not be used for turn by turn. From what I've heard the tomtom app isn't as good as its standalone units and will never be, most probably to protect its $$$.ICQ:36-43-49-11Comment
