Moniker Support

I am having a problem with Moniker. Bari isn't online so I've been on hold for over 13 mins. I keep getting this automated message saying it's going to be another 10 mins. I got this msg 13 mins ago!

Oh why do people continue using Moniker with all the reports of poor service. Google and search NamePros. There are many better registrar choices.
