arrow trader problems

I just set up Arrow Trader Lite III.
the trades aren't going out. What do you think what do you recommend?

If you send them a support ticket add in that they should change their forum to display all posts and not just the last 30 days worth *(of which there are none)

I feel like an idiot when I submit a ticket every 6 months asking why they would delete their forums.
