WP Plugin for thanking commenters?

I've been getting emails from blogs that "thank" me for leaving a comment. Of course, the email has the url of the comment I left and some nice text explaining why I should go back to check out the blog.

Anyone know of a plugin that does this or is this custom?

Thank Me Later is a plug-in which automatically sends out thank you emails to readers after they post a comment. By default, it will send emails out after 1 day to remind readers of their comments and to get them engaged with future discussion and your blog. It is useful to attract "one-time" readers who would otherwise post one comment, and then forget about your blog
