Programs that allow email marketing?

I'm not looking for programs that allow spamming, but I have a blog going and just recently started a mailing list.
Do the majority of programs allow advertising through email IF it's on a mailing list the users signed up to?

Optin and you shouldn't have any worries with most sponsors and mailing. Some may want you to double-opt, but I doubt it'll be much of an issue.

cool glad i posted then. Yeah most programs should be ok with opt in but i would ask them first so they don't freak out and wonder if sales are coming from opt in or spam.
