well this has been an interesting few days/weeks/hmm longer
ever since my zippered purse with all my cotacts from cybernet was stolen it
seems like the universe was sending me a message to slow down
when i didnt listen i got this past weekend sick
throwing up fever you know feeling like death but still working
not such a good idea
seems that pissed off the powers that be and they crashed my mail program and i lost 30 days worth of contacts, emails and notes.

and no i havent rested yet
