total waste of money, I spent hours reading a huge forum thread with feedbacks from people that have bought it (not this particular brand, but almost identical belt) - apparently it only works if you eat right and exercise

well, if you eat right and exercise I promise you that you'll burn belly fat and your abs will show, if you want a real 6 pack though you'll have to work just a bit harder for that, but for most of the folks the fat burning is the difficult part
