Question on morphing feeds

I know that at least 2 companies provide a morph solution for affiliate programs. Does anyone provide a solution that is geared toward individual affiliates?

eg, if I were signed up and pulling the feeds of 75 big tit sites, is there anything that can run on my server and morph those feeds before they appear on my sites?

i think kaktusan has something Blogs Organizer or something... and i believe cyberSEO does this also, but i'm not sure if it is geared to be centrally controlled...

I use blogs organized for my own personal use, but I can see how the cyberSEO plugin can also be setup for individual use.

I wasn't aware that Blog Organizer did that. I am not even sure what that does, but I have gotten something from kaktusan in the past, and it was a good deal.

I'd ideally like something that wasn't limited to one domain, so hopefully one of those will work.
