10. I've put my energy into a new biz model, that will kill illegal tubes. I've recruited the smartest people in the biz to help develop it. I can't wait to unleash it.

is what originally caught my eye. If it crosses into the social network space, I'm particularly interested. I was successful in the past (non adult industry) building a network of targeted sites that had a universal login as well as a "credibility" system. The more a user contributes back (forum posts (user rated), photos, advice, articles, blog posts, etc...) the more the user is rewarded... Points were transferable into virtual currency used at our merch store up to a certain percentage discount as well as the "feel good" factor people get when they achieve something. Of course it's much more detailed but that's the general idea.

I envision something similar in the adult space but of course tweaked to better suit the target audience. Coming from developing very public facing sites I see a lot of potential for growth in the adult market. The bar has been raised in the online space and I don't feel as though the adult industry has kept pace. The adult industry has certainly kept up with SEO and traffic but not with the user experience and features...

Popular sites now are laden with features and connectivity between users creating a social environment that thrives when built correctly. My first entry into the adult space is a review site. Over the course of trying to seek out the very best sites and reviewing sites as I go I've found that nobody offers more than the standard template of features.

In short, there's so much for the adult industry to learn from the rest of the web that it would take years before it could jump ahead of the game.

One final note... There are some sites out there that do things very well but they are by far the exception and not the rule. Personally, I think Reality Kings has the right idea by sucking a bunch of island sites into one content power house. I would execute it a bit differently, but they're building a brand and that's definitely worth something.
