OUTLOOK problem, need help

I just got back in town and i downloaded the mail on my PC and transferred the mail from my laptop.

400 + emails in the inbox

and

650 in the Junk

Now i can't send email, can't erase the Junk, can't do anything because OUTLOOK gives me this msg:

"Cannot display the folder.There is not enough memory to run this program.Quit one or more program, and then try again."

Now the only program running is Outlook but nothing changes, ny idea how to fix this?
