We are launching super high quality video this week as well.. but wanted to go ahead and do the design now.

FYI a hard refresh varies between IE and Mozilla (I presume FF also). One uses shift-click, the other uses ctrl-click.

I like it. Personally I would have the Free and Premium side by side and taking up a little less space. I just like less graphics and larger thumbnails of the girls (or just less graphics taking up the screen). I always felt that looks real sharp. I'm a big fan of how Naked.com does it. Just get the guys to click on the girls.

I also like how Naked.com does the little flash preview when you load the page. I thought it would be really cool if a site ever built in the ability to watch what was going on in the free shows by hovering over a girl. Sort of like how the new Bing Video Search works with videos. Could allow you to hover over for 15 seconds or so before making you click in to view their page.

I think I also mentioned in IM that I really like promoting the free credits if you offer that to surfers. I believe you do the $10 and it always worked real well and never hurt revshare sales. It's a great way to entice them to sign up which I think is always the hardest part with cam sites. Once you have them in the door, they can't help but to spend.

Did you guys do away with the $4.99 membership fee? I'm not seeing it on the default sign up page like I used to.

I like it looks great! more modern when you got some more shine on there. Buttons for Free chat and member chat under the thumbs are a little big or takes attention from the gils tho.

we've basically sorted the models from the first page in four types, each with and different niche and a common tab that displays all models from all niches, we have Free Chat Models, Private Chat Models, Guys, and All models... those tabs can be set now as landing page, if you want a landing page with all the Free Chat Models or a Gay landing page.

Every time you click for "Free Chat" you get a message saying "Model Name is in private. Don't you want to sign up now and join the fun?". Wouldn't it be a better approach just to tell the surfers that they need to register for a free account, instead of using that message? Because obviously not all of the models are in privates. Of course, you know better, you've tested things, etc... but it might look untrustful for the surfer...
