This is the only way you can do it:

You have to find a US resident who you trust that will be listed as your Director, then you will be nominated as a shareholder. Your resident will then have to apply to ccbill for your account and nominate your bank account for payments.

I paid a US attorney about 5k to do all this for me.

Legalzoom does do this. It's right in the process. I've used legalzoom two times now, and I've seen it in there as current as of last night. They, of course, charge extra money for this service.

As for an international client, you're gonna have to call them up about that.
