Bigclicks affiliate program does not count sales

I'm really really fucked up trying to reach these guys via email and icq. Seems they're having fun here instead of taking care of the program they run.

Maybe he's talking about the little icon that's there to indicate there's details about the sales made that day.. but 0 sales actually being shown.

But hey.. any program offering free membership and the hoops you have to go thru via their TOS... well... I wouldn't exactly trust them to be counting my sales accurately.

yes, im speaking about those little icons, when expanding the information about the sale it says "no sales info found" What this means no sales info found? How the information about the sale can not be found? The surfer either buys the product or not. So the sale is, or it is not

My name is Eric and I run BigClicks' affiliate program. The screen shots are lovely and they do show sales, I dont know what they are supposed to show? My ICQ # which is listed on the Bigclicks.com website is 420725921. In the future please hit me up before posting nonsense on the boards. To possibly clarify the issue you are having let me explain how our program works. We run a 2 page join form. The 1st page collects user information, the second page collects the credit card data. If the consumer fills out both pages and submits a credit card that we are able to authorize for $39.95, THEN we consider it a sale and it is clearly counted in your stats. If the consumer NEVER fills out the credit card page OR the consumer submits a card that we can not authorize for $39.95, we will wait 15 minutes and send them a free basic membership email. With this membership they can surf through the site but can't play any videos. (They hopefully join at a later date). WE DO NOT PAY ON THOSE TYPES OF JOINS. We pay more per join then most programs out there. In order to do that we need to be able to monetize these sign ups. A consumer with no credit card or one that is maxed out is not worth $40 to us or any other program posting on GFY. We want real customers that have the ability to pay for their membership and we pay our affiliates very well to get those types of consumers. Hope this clears up any confusion.
