                                  On a related note, if your site was blocked because of a false alarm, could you sue for libel or slander damages?

                                  If I told people that a restaurant was serving poisoned food when it wasn't, I could be sued for libel or slander. Seems like the same thing when a site is labeled as being dangerous when it may in fact be safe.
