SiteDepth Problem

I have a few installs of SiteDepth and one of the oldest has a problem with not completing URLs it generates.

For example it generates /members.?show=.....
it should be members.php?show=.... which if I put in manually it works just fine.

I don't see anything in the error log, i've already emailed SD Support but was curious if anyone else had ran across this?
