Non-US SharedHosting needed

Hi,

I'm looking for reliable low cost shared hosting. For few very low bandwidth websites.
I would like to have one or more dedicated IPs.
No need for sql or anything special other then php.

and like the subject says it needs to be hosted outside the US

Maybe try www.fasthosts.co.uk ,never used them for hosting but for domains etc and seem a very stable company.

Can't believe I'm saying that as Servage sucks like nobody else, but it works for low traffic sites and their servers are in Germany I think.
