Direct Nick - domain transfer

Hi ppl. I just payed Direct Nic to have 2 of my domains transfered there from another Domain reg. company.

Do you know how much time it takes and how do I know ther are actually transfering my domains ?

They say up to 10 days, but usually 3-4 days. And they DO transfer them if it's in any way possible.
