Twitter is white-hot popular now but I can't see it lasting really long in its present form.
I get so many people adding me to their follow list, but then when I check them out to see if I should add them or not, I find that 100% of their tweets contain a link of some sort (spam).

The people I follow are there because I think their tweets are either funny, or fall in line with my own interests. Too much spam, and I hit the unfollow button.

I'm not (yet) convinced there's much business to do with Twitter. If you disagree, then explain.

I find that I don't tweet as much as I use it to search and Direct Message. I really have made a lot of connections on there recently. I've done far more business on Twitter than GFY this month.

There are some tricks to using it. You need to use Twirl or tweet deck.

Also check out www.tweetlater.com I use it to auto follow and auto DM anyone who follows me.

If someone on my list spams too much, Its 2 clicks to unfollow them.

As I always say, it is good for getting people to return to your mainstream sites. The page where it lists recent tweets on certain topics is also good for getting people to come check out your page in the first place.

I agree that random spamming sucks. I also very rarely use my personal account but use it for my mainstream sites all day.

I joined it the other week just to see if I would be blasted with spam. I just joined, edited out my real name (which I didnt know would have been visible), and picked a screen name. Still following nobody and nobody following me. So evidently, there's no system yet to attack new accounts with spam. I figured there would be, so maybe I'll pick a random name and follow 1 person and see what happens..

Naughty Tweet and Immoral Productions announce all-star cast

LAS VEGAS – Naughty Tweet, parent company for PornStarTweet.com, and Immoral Productions Thursday announced their all-star cast for the first in a series of Porn Star Tweet movies.

Lined up for the Twitter-inspired adult release are tweeting porn stars Nikki Benz, Britney Stevens, Lexi Belle, Natasha Nice, Tiffany Tyler, Tara Lynn Foxx, Eric John and Wolf Hudson.

“The response to be a part of this movie was amazing! We received tweets and emails from some of the biggest names in the industry – it was both exciting and humbling”, said Pete Housley, Naughty Tweet CEO. “We’re producing this movie on a short timeline to insure it was ready for our big showing at Erotica LA. We’re not building an epic so unfortunately we couldn’t include everyone we would have liked to because of scheduling – but the good news is we’re already developing a second film.”

The Immoral Productions team will include veteran Jim Powers as director and Dan Leal, aka Porno Dan. in the producer seat. Immoral Productions and Naughty Tweet will partner on the production and distribution of the movie to retail market as well as VOD.
