all simple scripts seem to miss the point of the webmasters needs, and the commercial ones want monthly fee's over and over at ridiculous rates, which also opens the doors of all your members belonging to eyes of people you dont know... and what happens if they go belly up... You're going to have to go custom

I have been searching for this for 6+ months. I have yet to find anything close. People recommend custom. I have thrown detailed project up on coder sites. Few responses there as well.
