Wordpress image submit form?

Can someone suggest a plugin that allows visitors to submit pictures. It could be a part of a gallery plugin or whatever.

OR a standalone that requires approval before display.

I dont think he said tgp anywhere, but just wants to submit an image, I have done this for clients that wanted a submit form of some sort and to provide an avatar or graphic of some sort.
