PPC / CPM / Popup / Popunders Programs ? Any?

I need sites which pay per click , Example AFF pays 0.5c per click but am afraid since I don't get too much signups that they might change me into percentage program where I dont get paid except for paid signups !

And if you post sample of earning stats with them I would be thankful
I own an image hosting which gets daily 20~30K UV and getting many clicks at AFF .. So I need to know what is the best program and site
