I spoke to him around 8-ish. He was en route to the facility at that time and already had 3 techs on-site. It sounds like a router issue. He said he'd have it solved shortly.

I've never had so much as a hiccup at Colo-cation that he didn't already know about and had been working on.

Every time I think they don't know about an issue, I call them up and they're like "Oh yeah we already know and were working on it right now.", so now I just give up submitting support tickets because I think the owner sleeps with his eyes open staring at network status screens.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but when I was shopping around for a host, I did nameserver lookups on your sites Jay and then headed over there to sign up... your sites were always online and fast as hell, and there's no way I can trust my network to someone on a board saying "Blah blah blah is the best!". Just sayin... hopefully Chris gave you some kind of a deal on that referral, that was 2 years ago
