Simplest CMS

What's the easiest CMS available? It doesn't need to be free.

I created a new site for the local humane society using Joomla. It works great but I will be moving in a few months and those who will be responsible for the site are almost completely computer illiterate. I won't be dealing with the site much at all so I will need to change the site over to something that is a lot less...bloated. Any suggestions? Don't suggest wordpress either. I need a true CMS, not a blog platform.

I use Zoho. You can customize it and make it very simple and straight forward.

I had to "teach" some clients the ins and outs of Joomla, and one of them was a pet rescue. Not very fun at all.

You could buy them a nice Joomla book, that should be able to get them up to speed.

Were all of the members older women who have to email you for help every time they want to attach a picture to an email or call you because their computer "won't do internet no more"? These people are great people but I question how much knowledge they will be able to glean from a book, especially a book without many pictures.
