I've raised this very question a few times on various boards. The consensus I've noted so far is.... "no".


...although I'm not sure why that would be. After all, money is money and a deal is a deal. Not sure why the French, Germans and Russians are so convinced otherwise.

I have heard the build up to this war referred to as Operation Rolling Start, which makes me suspect that Operation Lets Roll may be the next step.
