I'm not sure why athletes still use steroids KNOWING they WILL get caught. Unless they are that stupid to think they won't. Just compete the natural way. If you're not good enough to compete without using steroids then perhaps you need another line of work.

It is because there are so many masking agents and ways to avoid detection that when someone gets caught it is just very bad luck. They are all using it. Only a very small percentage test positive. Almost all NFL players use steroids and it is a safe assumption that most serious MMA fighters do as well.
