I'm curious as to what other different cost effective options exist in adult (as opposed to mainstream) for 3rd party ad serving solutions that could be used for larger campaigns (20k +).

Blunt 23 is my colleague. we need cost effective options to have the buyer and seller looking at the same stats for large campaigns.
