Need: Shopping Cart Software or Script Needed

This may be another one where I need a custom script if there is nothing out of the box.

Here is what I am looking for....

1. Allows ANYONE to sign up and sell.
2. Easy API integration for processors.
3. Ease of adding categories.
4. A working search function

Wishlist items
5. Auction function. Allow bidding.
6. Integrate eBay or other auction sites/stores into search results.
7. Add links to other stores.

Definately try Magento

If you need more features you might wanna try Oscommerce as it has alot of third party contributions to mod it.
