Purpose of thread = get feedback on concept / billing structure / anything is better than the nothing of feedback I'm working with now.
So I spent a bunch of time making this site and I'm failing left and right at getting the point across / attaining users. I know of a similar site that does pretty well (myfreeimplants.com)
Sugardonor.com is a pseudo dating site where Donees (women and men who need $) post erotic profiles and earn $1 for each email they get from Donors (SugarDaddies/Mommies) & $5 to $100 donations for pic&video albumns. Donee's create GOALS, such as "Need $500 towards rent" "Need $150 Cell Phone bill paid" and then interact and entice the Donors.
Our billing model = $7.15 a month rebill (comes with 6 messages) Gets access to enhanced profiles (first 24 hours is free full access)
Then we have various discount email packages

5 Credit(s) $8.75USD 25 Credit(s) $30.00USD

Donors can also Donate from $5 to $100 to each member (limited via CC, unlimited via wire)
We make a small % on the email$ & a 25% on the donations.
I've gotten about 200 women to join and upload pics, but only a handful of male Donors (the ones who will presumably be the biggest spenders) I've spent a few grand advertising it and only had about $500 in total processing.

#2. Should I ditch the $ rebill? Should I ditch the email $ and just base it on donation %?
#3. Anyone want to take this off my hands or partner up?

The main point of the site was to get hot women in play for men with $. It definitely works in that regard. $1 will get you the full attention of any women on the site, which gives you a chance to work your magic. True not all need to use their $ to meet women, but the success of the other Sugar Daddy websites shows there is definitely a market.
