    how to deactivate those automatic changes in excel

    hey, how do it deactivate it, when i put 1500 in a cell it changes to 8-2-1904 0:00:00.... wtf
    also the / between dates changes automatically to -... i want to deactivate this shit

        preferably just as default setting for a whole sheet.... otherwise im gonna have to change every cell.... i just want it to show shit how i type it in and not change it all the time after filling it in.

          highlight a large section of cells and do the same thing
