Affiliate software for mainstream eCommerce

I am looking for an affiliate software to integrate with an e-commerce I will be launching soon. It will have to integrate with MagentoCommerce.

Any recommendations ?

Is there any affiliate tracking software that does not require to be tightly integrated to the e-commerce ? I guess not since it has to know what was the order amount, etc. It's my first experience with affiliate marketing, so I don't really know. Any advice will be appreciated !

PS: I am selling physical products (not subscriptions/services/virtual product).
