IMO - Either iBill or CCBill

And iBill has always paid me, contrary to some negative statements on this and other boards (except for a small period for Web900 transactions, as the Upstream procesor failed to pay iBill)

Epoch is probably #2.

And although I don't use them, I have heard very good things about AC PAY www.acpay.com

ACPAY = helpful crew, easy to deal with, good tech support. I think the only faster tech support I have experienced is glo-bill but prefer acpay's response generally. ACPAY is a bit different than normal IPSP though.

I had an affiliate using stolen CC's on a new program I was testing and acpay (cormac) worked with me to sort the fucker out rather than ignoring me (anyone say IBILL!).

Always been paid on time by ibill though (I have read some have not), customer service lacks big time.

Never used Epoch. CCbill only used as backup, worked well but can't really comment as was only backup. Being signed up to a few providers sure helps when/if one takes a dive.

I'm using GloBill as primary and ACPay as backup. But, frankly, I have seen a drop in GloBill's service lately. I'm not really sure why, but I have a bad feeling about them.

I went through the Lancelot bullshit last Summer, what a nightmare. I will never go with only one processor again. I like ACPay, but I'm going to add another. I want three cascading. iBill is out as far as I'm concerned so the next one I will add is either Epoch or CCBill.

ccBill is tops in our book, always pays ontime and has never screwed us webmaster en masse..

Nobody does it better (or cheaper) than Netbiling in our book.
Verotel is good for 900 billing although 900 has dropped alot.
