dedicated server for video processing

I need a dedicated server that allows me to run a desktop environment like
ubuntu. I won't use it for hosting, but for video editing/processing.

What hosts can do this?

Anyone should be able to on an unmanaged basis. Managed may be a bit more tricky.

A powerful pc is no problem, but fast internet is. The editing would mainly be just chopping up the video.
